“My husband and I had an amazing tour with Chris! He customized the tour so we were able to do exactly what we had hoped. We surfed fun intermediate waves, toured gorgeous islands and snorkeled a nearby reef. Chris even provided boards, gear and snacks. “Chris was a fantastic tour guide. Very knowledgeable of the area and catered the tour to our preferences, making sure we got the most out of the experience.

We were able to visit beautiful spots virtually by ourselves. I was very keen on snorkeling and Chris then took us to see an 800 year old coral and surrounding sea life.

“We had a wonderful surf and snorkel tour with Shapeshifter. Chris took us in his boat to visit beautiful Guyam island before the crowds arrived, then we went to a fun surf break that we had all to ourselves, before ending with a nice snorkel around the reef. Chris was a fantastic guide and he can personalize the tour based on your interests and your experience level, which we really appreciated! He also took pictures during the tour which he shared with us afterwards, which was a really nice touch!
We had breakfast at Shapeshifter before our tour, too, and it was delicious. This is a great family-run business we were glad to find on our trip.“

“We did the snorkeling tour with Chris and would highly recommend it! It’s well worth it to get his experience in knowing the most interesting areas of the reef to visit and you have the spots all to yourself. Throughout the tour you’ll get to see a lot of sealife but also an incredible variety of corals which we were amazed by!

Chris even takes photos to share with you after which is awesome to have. Definitely go on a private tour with Chris over these group ones if you can afford it!“

“I booked a snorkeling + island hopping tour, and had the best time. We luckily reached Guyam island before the crowds. He showed me an amazing snorkel spot not a lot of people know about. Chris was very informative and safety-conscious–we avoided a snorkel spot with tiny bluebottle jellyfishes.

I’m happy I booked a snorkel tour with Shapeshifter. I wouldn’t have gotten the same snorkel experience if I booked one of the big island tours. Very worth it!!“
